  Instructions
1. After verification, Migration may be downloaded using his/her authentication details using website www.upsmfac.org
2. After verification, Migration will be emailed at your registered E-mail Id.
3. If any information is found to be incorrect or fake or any Migration is issued by mistake, U.P. State Medical Faculty has the right to cancel the certificate.
4. In case of Online Payment Verification of documents will be done only after realisation of payment from Bank or after 2 working days from the date of transaction. Please confirm the payment from bank before retry in case of unsuccessful payment or retry after 2 working days.
